Message When the throttle/ TPS is fully engaged/maxed?

When doing compression test, if you keep the throttle/TPS voltage maxed, the fuel gets cut off.

This only happens when the ignition is "on"... but car not running. Keeps it from flooding engine, while attempting to start.

Just wondering how it controls the injectors when TPS is at full throttle.

Does it cut signal to CAS? Or override the the CAS's signal.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
